The Primate of the Nigerian Anglican Communion, Most Reverend Nicholas Okoh has described Gov.Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as a dynamic leader who has embraced all the people in Kano State irrespective of which part of the country they come from.
He maintained that this has tremendously added great value to the development of the state. He made the statement when he paid a courtesy visit to the Governor at the Government House today saying he is in Kano for a 3day working visit of the Anglican Diocese.
He maintained thay they are impressed with the way Gov. Ganduje made the development of his people his priority especially through his empowerment programs which are steps in the right direction.
The Primate of the Nigerian Anglican communion further assured of the church’s continued support and would continue to align with his good policies.
Responding Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje says Kano is great commercially because of interaction with the outside world for the past hundreds of years through trans Saharan trade.
He explained that they value people that come to Kano because of their importance that is why we consider security very important during religious festivities.
